Vanessa Miranda, BSN, RN
Vanessa Miranda is the founder of Posh Vitality Wellness and a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for helping people feel healthier, more confident, and empowered in their wellness journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has experience caring for patients across a variety of healthcare settings, building a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) at Walden University, further expanding her knowledge and commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
Her passion for wellness and aesthetics inspired her to create Posh Vitality Wellness—a place where clients receive personalized treatments in a welcoming, supportive environment. Vanessa believes every person deserves to feel heard, educated, and confident in their healthcare decisions. She takes the time to understand each client's goals and develops individualized treatment plans designed to support long-term health, wellness, and natural-looking results.
Her specialties include medical weight management, peptide therapy, IV hydration, vitamin injections, and aesthetic wellness treatments. She is dedicated to ongoing education, staying current with the latest advancements in wellness medicine, and delivering safe, personalized care.
When she's not caring for clients or studying, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and continually learning so she can better serve her community.
Dr. Lindsay Dragos
Medical Director
Dr. Lindsay Dragos is an accomplished physician with 13 years of primary training in Emergency
Medicine and extensive experience in aesthetics since 2017. She owns and operates a med spa in Houston and has served as a medical director for multiple practices. Dr. Dragos is proficient in all injectables, including the cannula technique, Sculptra, microneedling, PDO threads, laser treatments (AdvaTX), and skin tightening with Attiva RF. Her advanced training includes sessions with Galderma and Revance and private training with physician experts. Currently, she is the medical director for 4EverYoung Anti-aging Solutions and Texas Touch Aesthetics, and she supervises a team at FACE/FIT Aesthetics. Dr. Dragos is also trained in HRT, weight loss, and peptides, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
